Birthday Party Customers Feed Back |
Mr. Heyden, I am writing to tell you that my son Joshua had a great time at his birthday party on March 2. You guys have very reasonable prices compared to McHenry Bowl (I got a lot more for my dollar with you). I will definitely be recommending you to others. I wanted to let you know that you have a great staff. The Staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, outgoing, patient, etc. (I could be here all day). I received numerous phone calls from my family and friends after the party telling me how wonderful they thought the party had turned out. I would especially like to thank Kelly for booking/hosting my sons party and Sandy for helping me with all of the final details of the party. | I wanted to let you know the hostess seemed disconnected to what she was doing. We had some problems with getting the kids on the lanes on time. The pizza was late from the snack bar. Sandy took over and to get things back on track at the end. Overall it was disappointing. I would have to think twice about coming back. Diana Prasad |
